Do anxiety and fear keep you from doing things?
Having a resource, or "toolkit" to help you through challenging times can be a lifesaver. We add to our toolkits in many different ways and throughout our lives. What are some tools you currently have? Do they help you in times of fear and anxiety?
One of the things that ALWAYS helps me is remembering to breathe. Did you know that the average person uses only about 30% of their breathing capacity? When we breathe shallowly, our body thinks we are in danger, which increases our stress responses.
