- Barre - a full body movement class with alignment as our pillar. Everything is modifiable for every body
- Foundation has more detailed set up cues
- Endurance moves from postures with less set up time
- Beat 30 - 30 minute higher intensity class
- Blend - a 45 minute barre/yoga class
- Meditation - modalities vary depending on topic
- Restore - myofascial release and stretching class
- Shorties - bite sized classes ranging from energy boosting to stretching
- Workshops - focused class on a specific body area and/or mobility
- Yoga - classical yoga (this means the focus included movement, breath, awareness and meditation
